Recently restored villa (340 m2) in a private residential area (of approx. 50 villas) located in the hills along the south-western shore of the Garda Lake Very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains, ideal for going on nature outings and relatively advanced hiking excursions. The villa is surrounded by a garden (1600 m2) with a natural lawn, olive trees and garden furniture (two swings), swimming pool (4.5x12) (26/5-29/9). It is possible to book the property also for 10 people under the name PALOMAR 10, in this case a bedroom on the first floor and on the basement floor will be open. Parking. Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace (satellite TV, CD and DVD player, Internet line), dining room with access to an equipped terrace (barbecue), kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath and direct access to the terrace. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms (one of which with satellite TV), 2 twin bedded rooms one of which with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower). Basement fl.: 2 double bedrooms (no window but with skylight) one of which with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with window over the garden, 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which with sauna/Jacuzzi).
LOCATION: 1.5 km Lago di Garda (beaches), 1 km from the characteristic town of San Felice del Benaco (all kinds of shops) between Desenzano and Salò, two of the most charming towns along the lake. Approx. 300 m away is a sports centre (swimming pool, tennis court, sports equipment) reserved for the guests of the complex. 3 km from a practice golf course (3 holes), 65 km Verona, 45 km Brescia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
