Four holiday apartments created from the renovation of a country house on a hill that dominates over the town of Garda, a well known center on the lake with tourist harbour, bathing and sport facilities. The property is immersed in the greenery of the Parco della Rocca (a protected natural oasis) that includes, besides the ruins of a medieval fortress, the Hermitage of the Camaldolesi, which you can take a nice walk to. From the garden and almost all of the windows you can enjoy a pretty view of the lake. Good level of peace and quiet. At the guests' disposal is a fenced-in area with garden furniture, a swimming pool (6x12). On request the owners can organize parties and receptions in an adjacent part of the lawn. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: (85 m2) 1st fl. (attic): living/dining room (satellite TV) with double divan bed, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, WC.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
