Main apartment in a two-family villa on the edge of a small town on the Lombarda shore of the Garda Lake. The house's dominating position allows you to enjoy a splendid view of the lake and a good level of peace and quiet. The access road is a dead end road and therefore reserved for the few houses in the residential area. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment is accessed as if on the ground floor and it also has a panoramic terrace and a garden that is shared with another small apartment. Parking. DISTANCES: 800 m Barbarano (bathing establishment on the lake, grocery shop), 1.5 km Gardone Riviera, 4 km the centre of Salò (all kinds of shops), 30 km Desenzano, 47 km the city of Verona.
ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) 1st fl.: entrance, living room characterised by large windows that access the terrace, dining room, kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, freezer), 1 double bedroom with small bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Gr. fl.: laundry room (washing machine). Simple furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
