Just a few steps to st Mark square, Accademia bridge, Rialto Bridge. It is really easy to reach it, due the fact that it lies at only 100 meters about from vaporetto stop.
In the apartment there is a double bedroom, where we can add another one single bed; one living room with double sofa bed, and kitchenette fully equipped of oven, dish washer, stoves, fridge, freezer. Bathroom has shower tub and washing machine. Of course there is individual heating. Bed and bath linen is provided.
Really luminous, with a nice canal view and a private courtyard for your romantic dinner.

    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100€ will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15€.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
