  • The flat is in the centre of Venice where cars can't be used by the tourists. The only car parking is 10 minutes from the apartment and can be reached on foot or by Vaporetto, venetian kind of boat like buses in a normal city.

    The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional old building overlooking the large Calle Ca' Foscari. It is surrounded by beatiful Venetian landmarks such as the Academy Galleries, the Church of Frari and the old School of S. Rocco.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Easy to reach from the railway station and the car park ( Piazzale Roma) on foot or by Vaporetto - Venetian means of transport along the town main channel as well as from the airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all within a short distance away. The unit is in a very quiet but lively area with restaurants, really inviting cake shops and smart original little shops. Everything will make you feel physilcally relaxed, offering a good standard of comfort and service.

    Payment Details
    The rent payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
