The kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook. You will find all instruments, recipes and basic ingredients for cooking.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is very big, sunny and romantic. It has antique pieces of furniture and a typical Murano chandelier. The mattress is very comfortable.
1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). 2nd bedroom is very charming and romantic. It has antique pieces of furniture and a Murano chandelier. There is a door/window with an extended view over a characteristic courtyard.
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This room is for reading, relaxing, listening music, lunch/dinner and also has an extra sleeping space.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The apartment is sunny and with a great view. From the terrace and from 3 windows you can see the canal, the front buildings (1 or 2 floors) and the top of many traditional historic buildings; the view from the north side (2 balconies and 1 window) is over a typical Venetian courtyard and neighbouring historic buildings.
In Venice Air Conditioning is very important especially in summer. Our air conditioning system works very well. There are two fans, one in the main bedroom and a second one in the hallway.

- Marco Polo Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. The nearest Airport is "Marco Polo" in Venice. You can take a private water taxi from the airport and get directly to the unit in half an hour. The cost is about Euro 80. If you have more than 2 people and you have a lot of luggage this is the preferable solution. Otherwise you can take a bus and then a public boat "Vaporetto". Public Alilaguna Service from airport will get you at Ponte delle Guglie every hour, cost is Euro 6 per person.
- Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. A bus from the airport is the common way to reach Venice Piazzale Roma. The Railway Station in Venice is "Santa Lucia" and it is only 10 minutes by foot.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is situated in Cannaregio where never a dull moment passes thanks to its market, craft workshop and rowing clubs and Casino. Relaxation comes at the string of shady parks and laid-back cafès and bars that line the maze of back-street canals.
- The unit is River front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The condo is overlooking a typical canal. You can see the canal from the terrace and from 3 windows from the apartment. The beach is at Lido, the biggest island of Venice, 40 minutes of "Vaporetto" away from the apartment.
- Nearby Attractions: You will be just a stone's throw away from the tourists routes, 4 minutes walk to Vaporetto transport, 10 minutes from rail-way station and 15 minutes from Rialto - maybe less with gondola shuttle. Ghetto, the Jewish historical area is just a stone throw away from home. Along Fondamenta Ormesini you will find typical Venetian restaurants and shops. Nearby Ca'Doro, Universitas, and Osterias for Venetians.
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
