It is located on the third floor of a building near the Carlo Goldoni theatre, 1 minute distance from the Rialto Bridge, and 4 minutes distance from San Marco Square. It is placed in the central part of Venice very close by for public transportation, shopping areas, and main cultural interests. It has the entrance, small but nice kitchen well equipped with electric oven, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, the living room has a very comfortable pull out sofa bed, dining table, bathroom with shower and washing machine, one bedroom that can become king or twin, second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a third small bedroom with the pull out armchair. Other facilities are: iron, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, television, heating, free WIFI. The rate includes bedclothes, towels, free cleaning after the guest’s departure.
