Lovely apartment (60m2) in a characteristical Venetian house in the heart of Dorsoduro, one of the most authentic districts of the city. The apartment is near to Campo Santa Margherita, a pleasant and lively square where a small market is held each morning. DISTANCES: The Rialto Bridge is 15 minutes away and Saint Mark s Square is 10 minutes away by boat.
ACCOMMODATION: 3rd fl. (no lift): living/dining room with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with small bath. From the living room a steep wooden staircase leads to a beautiful room under the eaves with double divan bed (TV) and where you can enjoy typical views over the Venetian rooftops, WC. Original and reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
