1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A spacious Queen bedroom is just off the Living Room and is host to beautifully crafted ancient wooden furniture, some particularly carved for an intended owner, and others in a Poor Art style. The bedroom is also overlooking the Canal below.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

• Marco Polo Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Located in a quite and lively area, the apartment is about 10 minutes walk away from the San Marcuola Water Boat Station and nearby one of the best, most attractive shopping Streets of Venice, Strada Nuova, plenty of shops, restaurants and markets.
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
