The apartment is on the first floor of a traditional old building overlooking the large Calle
Ca' Foscari. It is surrounded by beatiful Venetian landmarks such as the Academy Galleries, the Church of
Frari and the old School of S. Rocco.
Lovely new restored flat composed of a small hall, a well equipped kitchen, and a luminous bathroom with shower.
Guests will find a "food welcome" on their arrival to the apartment.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is golfing outside of Venice, about an hours drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Easy to reach from the railway station and the car park ( Piazzale Roma) on foot or by Vaporetto - Venetian means of transport along the town main channel as well as from the airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all within a short distance away. The unit is in a very quiet but lively area with restaurants, really inviting
cake shops and smart original little shops. Everything will make you feel physilcally relaxed, offering a good standard of comfort and service.
• Venice is right on the sea.
The rent payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
