Payments and Policies
Payment Details
If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
To confirm the booking, first month's rent is required. Balance can be worked out with the owner. Security Deposit amount to be discussed with Owner.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for amount to be discussed with Owner per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
