Special Conditions
Rentals less than one month are only possible three times per year. Electricity costs over $100 per month, and a fixed $125 fee for "normal" cleaning, washing of sheets, and towels and bed making at the end of each rental is deducted from the security deposit - the $125 cleaning fee is already included in the "calculated" total cost.

The large master bedroom with its fabulous en suite bathroom, his and hers walk in wardrobes and tray ceiling has direct access to the pool area and is placed on the opposite side of the house to the other bedrooms, thus giving peace, quiet, and privacy. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. Florida's Gulf Coast is a golfer's dream. Within the greater Sarasota area there are 44 golf courses all beautifully presented with stunning water and sand features. In the immediate Venice area there are 6 excellent golf courses with Calusa Lakes Golf Course only 3 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 4 minute(s). Publix and a large selection of shops and restaurants are just four minutes away by car. The shop-aholics are also well catered for with designer outlet malls less than an hour away and the designer shops at the St Armand's Circle just a 20 minutes drive. You can enjoy the luxury of fishing and boating from your own private dock (with a permit for a boat with up to 10.8 inches draught) in the back garden. The community boat dock and ramp is 200 meters from the front door. This allows you access from the doorstep to the deep sea fishing and all other boating pleasures of the Gulf within 15 minutes (at idle boat speed). The beach is five minutes away, by car. Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, para-gliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing are all available nearby. • Nearby Attractions: The house is located on the Gulf Coast, 1 hour from both Tampa and Fort Myers airports and less than 2 hours from the theme parks in Orlando (4 Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, 4 Water Parks, the opportunity to swim with dolphins, night clubs etc.) All of this can be enjoyed in the sunshine with average 75° temperatures. What ever your pleasure, golf, tennis, sailing, boating, fishing, shopping, or eating the Gulf Coast is a must and Venice is the ideal base for your holiday.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
All financial transactions and contracts are processed through our certified and bonded management agent in Venice who requires USD funds but payment can be accepted in EUR or UK Pounds Sterling if necessary.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
