(no lift): living room (TV) with fascinating views over the Grand Canal, entrance/dining room with kitchen corner (2 electric hobs, oven, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with hip bath. Comfortable furniture with antique pieces. Accomodation not suitable for children less than 10 years of age. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
