DISTANCES: Just a few metres away is the Nuova Strada with all kinds of shops and a 10 minute walk from the famous Ponte di Rialto.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: living/dining room (TV), kitchenette (three rings, small fridge, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (1.40 m long bed), 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
