Apartment (40 m2) in the heart of the Dorsoduro which is the Latin district of Venice. Here you will be able to appreciate the peace and fascination factor of this city and have an unforgettable holiday. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a private courtyard (50 m2) which has been prettily furnished in retro style and with access from a spacious French door.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (dishwasher) and fireplace, 1 double bedroom,1 bathroom with shower. Simple but tasteful furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: The Rialto Bridge is 15 minutes away and Saint Mark s Square is 10 minutes away by boat.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
