Characteristic and cosy apartment (60 m2), carefully restored on the ground floor of a 17th century house that faces a canal from which it is possible to directly enter the house.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: equipped courtyard (16 m2) for outdoor dining with an access door to the canal for boats/taxi landings. Living/dining room with double divan bed (TV, stereo), kitchen corner (freezer, oven), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. More than comfortable furnishings. Due to the layout of the house, please pay special attention to children. Central heating.
LOCATION: The accommodation's position allows you spend a holiday as if you were a Venetian, but with the convenience of being able to quickly reach all of the most prestigious places in Venice. 0.6 km from the railway station, 0.8 km from the Rialto Bridge, 1 km Piazza San Marco. If you don't feel up to walking to your favourite destinations, you can take the ferry-bus, which you can also use for going to Lido di Venezia (the beach of the Venetians) as well as all the other islands in the lagoon (Burano, Murano, Torcello).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
