Ancient farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, typical of the Venetian countryside set inside a very well kept farm estate, made up of 4 apartments (one of which, on the first floor, is inhabited by the owners), a large garden of 4,000 m2 equipped with a shared barbecue, a reserved area for each apartment with table and chairs; swimming pool (14x7; 1.50 m deep) with suntrap terrace equipped with sun umbrellas, cots and lounge chairs; table-tennis and table football. Surrounding the property is the beautiful Riviera del Brenta countryside where you can admire the beautiful ancient Venetian villas residences of the Venetian nobles. Simple-style furnishings with period furniture and paintings; ceiling fan in each bedroom. A baby bed is available and to be paid for on the spot. ACCOMMODATION: (80 m2) 1st fl. (with slanted ceilings and obtained from the restoration of the ex-hayloft): living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom with ceiling fan, 1 twin bedded room with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: arrivals must take place between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m.
LOCATION: 1 km tennis, 1 km Itinerary of the Venetian Villas (Mira, Dolo, Stra, Mirano), 1.5 km Mira with all kinds of shops, 5 km direct bus-ferry line for Venice and Lido, 16 km Venice, 22 km Padua, 28 km Chioggia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
