Apartment in the "barchessa" (a typical Venetian structure) of an 18th century villa. The building, shaped like a horseshoe with a beautiful flowering garden in the centre, is made up of various apartments that are occasionally rented and one of which is inhabited by the owner. It is possible to go for walks along the paths in the property and the apartment is an excellent starting point for visiting the famous places of the Veneto region. The building is immersed in the green Venetian countryside and is set at the centre of a 40-ha farm estate with cultivated fields, a 10,000 m2 park and a very well-kept vegetable patch/fruit orchard with ancient essences that were once typical of the area. The apartment has a reserved and equipped outdoor area in the portico in front of the living room. Parking. DISTANCES: 200 m from a food shop, 2 km Dolo (all kinds of shops), 5 km swimming pool and tennis, 20 km Padova and Venice, 40 km Vicenza.
ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room with two single divan beds and kitchen corner (freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Possibility of breakfast and bike hire. Simple furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
