Pleasant apartment just a short walk from the Biennale gardens. A pretty walk along the lagoon will lead you to Piazza San Marco. On request and upon payment on site: midweekly cleaning and linen change, restaurant bookings, welcome basket with local products, a tour of a glass-making factory on Murano, transportation from the airport or railway station, tours of the lagoon.
ACCOMMODATION: (40 m2) Gr. fl.: dining room/kitchen with divan (oven, freezer, microwave), 1 double bedroom with access to a small courtyard, 1 bathroom with shower. For bookings during 13/1-10/2 and 27/10-22/12 there is a discount of 10% from the price list. Simple furniture. Central heating.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: arrivals are to take place between 2.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
LOCATION: In the picturesque and peaceful Via Garibaldi, just beyond the areas most visited by tourists.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
