Apartment in a building in the Castello district, just a short distance from the Arsenale stop. Being outside of the traditional tourist areas this house allows you to live a holiday as if you were Venetians. A pretty walk along the lagoon will lead you to Piazza San Marco. On request and upon payment on site: midweekly cleaning and linen change, restaurant bookings, welcome basket with local products, a tour of a glass-making factory on Murano, transportation from the airport or railway station, tours of the lagoon.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: living room (TV), kitchen/dining room (oven, dryer, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine).
Simple furniture. Central heating.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: arrivals are to take place between 2.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
LOCATION: 10 minutes from the famous Ponte dei Sospiri, Piazza San Marco and from Arsenale.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
