This prestigious apartment has been totally refurbished and is housed on the first floor of a palace located a short distance from ponte di Rialto and of Mercerie: very central but very quiet area. Saint Mark's is only a 5 minutes walk.
    • Apartment is located in the center of Venice whose canals feed into the Adriatic Sea; the Italian mainland is a short ferry ride away.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
