In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal. Modern and functional furniture, prestigious decoration fabric makes it cozy and elegant. All floors are in Venetian marble, except for the bathroom floor which is made of ceramic tiles.

    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 200.00/pet will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
