Air conditioner and central heating. Ground floor: three steps down to the living-room with kitchen corner and a dining area. On the side a double bedroom. Direct access from our private dirt drive. The homey kitchen corner is well equipped microwave, blender etc. The garden in the rear - 70 sq. Mts.- with sheltered barbecue is for exclusive use of guests of this accommodation and comes with patio furniture. The unit is a 10 minute walk to the supermarket where fresh fish and good wine can be purchased for a reasonable price. There are also a few wonderful restaurants within a short distance. Although it is only a three minute walk to access the public transit system most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the archaeological sites throughout the area. Sciacca is situated on the famous archeological road between Selinunte and Agrigento in Sicily and is one of the oldest towns on the island. At no extra cost: Free parking, mountain bikes, iron and board and washing machine. Children playground and a comprehensive selection of books, CD, DVD and board games. We grow a variety of fresh herbs.
