    Located in Bass Cove facing Rabbit Island. Covered porch, large windows and master bedroom directly face lake.

    Lakeshore is two feet from the edge of the covered porch facing east in an area where homes are spaced well apart. Video VCR and Betamax collection includes almost 900 tapes, primarily from the 1940's through 1960's. Dock, picnic table, outdoor firepit, 12’ Zuma sailboat and lifejackets, woodshop off detached garage available for use at own risk by skilled woodworkers. Teenage loft over garage under construction. Marina with boat rentals nearby, park on lake nearby with playground equipment and seasonal concerts/movies. In the winter, ice fishing and cross country skiing are right outside your door. Lake Bomoseen is approximately 2,400 acres and is clean, beautiful and uncrowded. Hubbardtown Revolutionary War battlefield site approx. 15 minutes away. Lakehouse is not wheelchair accessible. Stairs from garage/parking to house. Can arrange for highchair/crib if needed.

    • The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is a dock. There is room for 2 boats. Lakeshore is two feet from edge of covered porch. Living room, dining room and master bedroom all overlook lake. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Sailboat.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 500/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
