From our top side deck and window wall you can see Stratton Mountain on the right and Magic Mountain on the left blended with wonderful mountaintop views. South facing, The deck and window walls are splashed with winter sun most of the time. The fall foliage is breathtaking and the summer fresh mountain breeze memorable. You can see 5 states from the summit of Bromley Mountain.

Bathed in sun most days with rheostat lighting at night, spectacular views, walkout topside deck, heated tile floors including kitchen, living room and bath with dual head walk-in shower. SKI OUT - ONE MINUTE FROM COUCH TO SLOPES. Heated outdoor summer pool; Tennis courts; Onsite Park includes Monster Alpine Slide is the country's longest at a full 2/3 of a mile! There are three separate tracks so you're always sliding at the speed and pace that's right for you. Slow, medium, or fast-track runs; 24' "real-rock" Climbing Wall; 456' of "wild water rafting" on the regions only water ride. The complex has 12 units in all: the Cabanna (Common space) is by the pool and tennis courts, across the driveway, and has wireless connection and fireplace meeting room, ping pong and exercise facility, and handicap access ramp.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. There is less than a one minute WALK from your couch, then downhill...this is truly a SKI OUT from the base of the building and your ski storage locker. Bromley Mountain is the only South facing mountain in Vermont, however, Stratton Mountain is 11 miles away, Magic Mountain is 6 miles away, 24 miles to Okemo, and 38 miles to Sunrise base of Killington. In summer, a Day in Saratoga Springs, New York is less than an hour away to enjoy thoroughbred racing, the Philadelphia Orchestra or New York City Ballet depending on the month of choice.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Manchester Ctr, full of shops and restaurants, is 6 miles down the mountain, and you will pass several fine restaurants, taverns and a great diner on the way (about 3 miles). Manchester Ctr has hundreds of unique stores and brand name outlets including Orvis fly fishing and hunting. Peppered across the area are restaurants ranging from diners and delis to taverns and elite dining experiences, all frequented by locals. The Boars Head Tavern is at the Bromley Mountain base lodge with a shuttle uphill after lift hours. Horse drawn sleigh rides, snow mobiling and ice skating are nearby.
Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Swimming at the Bromley Village heated pool or drive to the "quarry" in Dorset, Hapgood Pond, or Lake St. Catherine.
Nearby Attractions: The stone quarry in Dorset, VT can't be beat for fresh water swimming, about 15 minutes away. Kayaking and white water rafting in season are also nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Security deposit is required in advance (One night's deposit)and will be refunded within 45 days of your completed stay, once unit inspection and personal checks have cleared. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are not refunded unless the unit is re-rented. Bookings within thirty days of arrival must be paid in full. at booking and are non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented. Upon re-rent, payments will be refunded less $100 handling fee.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 14 years old stay free.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
