Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash
Payment A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. Full prepayment will be processed on the arrival date. Cancellation Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival full refund. Cancellations prior to 29 – 15 days in advance of arrival 25% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 14 – 8 days in advance of arrival 50% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 7 days or less in advance of arrival, No refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
