Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This is the Upper Master Bedroom (Please note: This bedroom has its own outside entrance, and access to the lower portion is via the sundeck/patio). It has an ensuite bathroom with a built in stereo system and Jacuzzi tub, French doors that open to the upper sundeck, and has a beautiful lake view. Has its own water cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker and bar fridge, along with an oak desk with 2 oak benches, and a small table and 2 chairs. There is a solid oak combination electric fireplace/entertainment centre with a 38" LCD TV, DVD player, and PC (upon request). On the sundeck is a large BBQ that has a stainless steel preparation cart and outdoor sink (there is another BBQ for the patio below). There is a patio table on the deck with seating for 4. Wine glasses, spa basket and towels (4 sets per person), hair dryer and shampoo available upon request. Perfect for the grandparents! There is also a double size futon with foam mattresses.

There is a beautiful view of Kalamalka Lake from the sundeck above (Upper Master Bedroom walks out to the deck).
More Information
Telephone service is VOIP (Skype)- (requires the computer to be running). You will need to open up your own Skype account and pay for the use. Please note that one of the DVD players is a VHS combination unit. There are some complimentary toiletries. The living room has 2 very comfortable Lazy-Boy reclining sofas. Some beach chairs are available. There is a bedside combination playpen and sleeper, Perego stroller, and a high chair if needed. The patio for the suite is private, and the sundeck above is available as well. The sundeck has 2 large awnings. There are fruit trees below next to the covered patio. Both the sundeck and patio have ornamental fountains. There is a table on the patio below with 6 chairs and 4 lounges, and another table and seating, along with 2 lounge chairs on the sundeck above. Breakfast on the sundeck is an especially nice way to start your day!

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
