Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00/hr.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
