• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Very safe for children - and no street to cross to the water!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Neg.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
