    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (7 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
