Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
If booking is within 30 days, 100% payment is required by direct bank deposit to secure booking.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
