Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival, full refund. Cancellations 29-15 days in advance of arrival, 25% of accommodation costs not refunded. Cancellations 14 - 8 days in advance of arrival, 50% of accommodation costs not refunded. Cancellations 7 days or less in advance of arrival, no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
