Perfect holiday location!There is a BBQ and 2 decks: 1 Lanai covered with a table and a bar fridge, the second is a new waterfront patio with glass railings. This is ideal for spectacular evenings. "Just like a cruise ship." There is also a fire pit available near the water, subject to fire restrictions.

Available to a maximum of 6 adults and 8 occupants ... We prefer no more than 8 occupants. Two couples with or without children are perfect. Will consider exceptions to this at any time.

"High Season Only" Only available for weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday for the summer months until and including Labour Day.

    The north view is of Okanagan Lake and Vernon in the distance. The east view is towards Predator Ridge Golf course, across Okanagan Lake and to the morning sun. The south view is of Okanagan Lake, Fintry in the distance, looking towards Kelowna. The west view is of the lake front, hills with trails, private road that leads to Westside Road.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security deposit required. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
