    The washer and dryer are shared with another unit. The swimming pool is in the Complex. The great room has a grand fireplace, 5-foot dining table, built in office space, comfortable furniture including a hide-a-bed. In-house entertainment system includes a huge 40-inch flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, cable television, and CD stereo system. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and built in wardrobes. The en-suite has a jacuzzi tub for two, private toilet and shower rooms. There is a new fitness centre with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, male and female steam rooms and a fully equipped gym. Tennis courts and nature trails.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Payment A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. Full prepayment will be processed 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival full refund. Cancellations prior to 29 – 15 days in advance of arrival 25% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 14 – 8 days in advance of arrival 50% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 7 days or less in advance of arrival, No refund.

    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
