Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are located on Predator Ridge Golf Course, in the heart of the Resort. At Predator Ridge there are 27 championship-caliber holes, with nine more on the drawing board. And there are more than 40 other great courses in the Okanagan Valley.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Silver Star Mountain is a 45-minute drive.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a restaurant at the Resort that offers casual and fine dining, less than 2 minute a walk.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Payment A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. Full prepayment will be processed 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival full refund. Cancellations prior to 29 to 15 days in advance of arrival 25% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 14 to 8 days in advance of arrival 50% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 7 days or less in advance of arrival, No refund.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
