    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    Payment: A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. Full prepayment will be processed 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations: Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival full refund. Cancellations prior to 29 – 15 days in advance of arrival 25% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 14 – 8 days in advance of arrival 50% of accommodation costs. Cancellations prior to 7 days or less in advance of arrival, no refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
