1 Queen Bed and 2 Single/Twin Beds. Please note the two singles are foam beds which are only really suitable for kids. This is an open area on the second floor which is very spacious and has a small deck and a small tv but there is no door at the top of the stairs.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
