    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    First 30 days rent plus damage deposit are required 30 days in advance. Please forward a cheque to the owner or call 250-309-4298
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
