A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the reservation. Full prepayment will be processed on the day of arrival. Cancellations prior to 30 days in advance of arrival full refund. Cancellations 29 – 15 days in advance of arrival 25% of accommodation costs. Cancellations 14 – 8 days in advance of arrival 50% of accommodation costs. Cancellations 7 days or less in advance of arrival, no refund.

Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
