This lovely farm house is located 10 minutes from downtown Vernon, B. C. 30 minutes from Silver Star Mountain and 50 minutes to the Kelowna International Airport.
It is located on the North West sector of Swan Lake, the Property contains 3 acres which is very quiet and private, with large lawns sweeping towards the Lake. Swan Lake is also a bird sanctuary, a wonderful spot to watch many bird species. There is a deck area along side the lake with dock access for canoeing or kayaking. The property has 400 feet of lake frontage and is very private and quiet.
The house is very child friendly and safe with the yard fully fenced. Equipped with crib, high chair and baby gates if necessary. Families that have rented in the past have rated it highly for having a splendid time with their friends and families. Suited for a home base to tour from or for family gatherings.
