Original apartment (approx. 180 m2) with separate entrance in the annexe of a prestigious Veronese villa that dates back to the 16th C. The equipped garden and the park (approx. 2,000 m2) offer a pleasant and peaceful stay. Parking. DISTANCES: 200 m the small village of Grezzana (all kinds of shops), 10 km Verona, 30 km Lake Garda, 50 km Vicenza, 110 km Venice. Horseback excursions approx. 2 km away.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. (entrance from a private area in the garden): kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer). 1st fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace and a divan bed, 1 double bedroom with views of the park, 1 twin bedded room with view of the villa, 1 bathroom with shower washing machine). Reasonably comfortable furniture with some period pieces. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
