The accommodation is situated near a town at the foot of a hill and overlooks the farmed plain. The fenced-in property includes a swimming pool (6.5x13) (1/4-31/10) shared with other apartments (4 apartments and 2 outbuildings). Central heating with system running through the tiling on the ground floor and with electric radiators on the first floor. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
