Beautiful and spacious villa (400 m2), built in the beginning of the 19th century, set in the centre of the town of Oppeano in the peaceful countryside in the lower half of the Verona region. The villa is surrounded by a romantic park (7.000 m2) with secular trees, it is equipped and enclosed. The caretaker s live in a small house adjoining the villa. Garage for one car. DISTANCES: 25 km Verona (the city of Romeo and Juliet and the concerts in the Arena), 30 km Mantua, 50 km Vicenza, 120 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl.: entrance with two lounge corners, living/dining room (TV) with large fireplace, large kitchen (oven, freezer), utility room (dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (access by a large stone-built staircase): 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms decorated in Liberty style, 1 bathroom with bath. Small outside WC. Cosy and comfortable furniture with period pieces. Two bicycles available for hire. Telephone. Baby-beds available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
