Main apartment in a modern villa on a hill that rises above Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and the concerts of the Arena. The dominating position over the city allows you to spend a pleasant holiday enjoying the tranquility of the countryside combined with the advantage of being a short distance from the centre. The owner, who lives in the other apartment, offers the following services (on request and to be paid for on site): guided tours, concert bookings, tours of the cellars, extra linen changes, baby-sitter. Change of the towels midweek is included in the price.

ACCOMMODATION: (250 m2) Gr. fl.: large terrace, living/dining room with large windows facing the terrace, kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), 1 large double bedroom with fireplace and armchair area with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 small lounges (TV) both with divan bed and direct access to the garden, 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower and one with bathroom with bath (double washbasin). Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Microwave. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
