Inside a rural estate, this is a traditional stone house, located 5 km from Viana do Castelo, in Santa Marta de Portuzelo. This small town is famous for its folklore, gastronomy and its local festivities that take place on the second week-end of August. Porto is 70 km, and the Spanish border is 50 km. This cottage is the result of restoration work of the old rural store rooms, preserving the original architecture. There is a garden under a vineyard, with BBQ, parking place and a shared swimming pool.

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
