    Semi-detached first floor independent apartment comprising of half of the main house, located 5 km from Viana do Castelo, in Santa Marta de Portuzelo. This small town is famous for its folklore, gastronomy and its local festivities that take place on the second weekend of August. Porto is 70 km, and the Spanish border is 50 km. There is a large garden, a porch under a vineyard, with BBQ, parking place and a shared swimming pool.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit
    Clients are encouraged to take cancellation insurance.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
