Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Overwhelmingly beautiful. You can watch sunrises from both the bedrooms, and see the sun set over the village from the living room. The Apuan Alps and the Apennines are glorious, changing from moment to moment, and so close you can almost touch them.
The house has a new (2006) washing machine. It also has a terrace and a garden. Dine at the outdoor table and, on cooler days, use the breakfast nook instead.
• Pisa Airport is about an hour away. There are local train stations about five minutes away, and a large one twenty minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are magnificent restaurants in the local villages. There's a small grocery store in the village, and bread, vegetable, meat and fish trucks come weekly. There are several supermarkets within ten minutes away, as well as small (and excellent) vegetable, fruit, and meat stores. Each of the larger villages has a weekly market.
• The famous Italian Riviera and picturesque coast towns of Cinque Terra are about forty minutes away. There are local rivers, and several public swimming pools, one of which is fed by a natural hot spring (and has a spa attached-think massages, mudbaths, etc.).
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

Payment may be made either in euros or in dollars.

• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 15.00/pet/day + 75.00 deposit will apply.
