The house is located approx. 50 m from the accommodation CERBIATTO but is completely independent and has a private garden equipped with swimming pool (8x15) that is shared with CERBIATTO. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: small loggia with wood burning oven, large living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to the outside, small lounge with fireplace and access to the outside, dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to the outside, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
