The house is located approx. 50 m from the accommodation CASA CERVO but is completely independent and has a private equipped garden with swimming pool (8x15) that is shared with CASA CERVO. Parking. DISTANCES: 4.5 km Vicchio (all kinds of shops), 35 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Basement fl.: living room. Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV), kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), balcony, 1 double bedroom with internal balcony above from where you enter a bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, living room with double divan bed, 1 bathroom with bath. Midweekly cleaning (5 hours) is included in the price. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
