Modern villa (385 m2) situated in the town of Vicchio, birthplace of Giotto and Beato Angelico, on the road that leads to Dicomano. Private fenced-in equipped garden with swimming pool (8x4). The road that links Vicchio to Dicomano passes at the edge of the property, approx. 30 m from the house.The caretakers live on the basement floor and have an independent entrance. Garage. Bicycle and car (with or without driver; max. of 8 people) hire, transportation to/from the airport and train station. Parking. DISTANCES: 200 m from Piazza Giotto (all kinds of shops, bank). About 200 m tennis court, 16 km golf, 35 km Florence.

(entrance from the garden and from the first floor): large living/dining room with kitchen corner (washing machine), fireplace, 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower 1st fl.: entrance, living/dining room with fireplace and access onto a terrace (120 m2), dining room with fireplace (satellite TV) and access to the outside, kitchen (dishwasher) with access onto a terrace (5 m2), 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath. A baby-bed (free of charge) is available to be requested at the time of booking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
